…..”For a person will reap only what he sows, because the one who sows for his flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows for the spirit will reap eternal life from the spirit. Let us not grow tired of doing good, for in due time we shall reap our harvest, if we do not give up. So then, while we have the opportunity, let us do good to all, but especially to those who belong to the family of the faith.”
Have you ever looked at a large old oak tree and wondered how long it has been there? It’s amazing to think that this tree was merely a tiny seed.
Our words and actions are seeds. The Scriptures tell us that we will always reap a harvest on what we sow. I reflect on the types of seeds that I am sowing; positive: with encouragement, hope, blessing, compassion negative: criticism, judgment or anger to those around me. The Lord provides us with seeds of goodness in order to bless others . There is tremendous potential in any seed; ;it can produce a harvest of blessings or negativity depending on what we plant and nourish in our lives. May we always be a Blessing to others and Bring God’s love to all.
“May the Blessings of God be upon you,
May Gods Peace abide with you,
May Gods Presence illuminate your heart
Both now and forever. Amen.”
